What is your policy for weather related cancellations?
Safety is important. Bouncers cannot be used if there are existing or predicted winds of 25 mph or more, and cannot be used with heavy rain. If the weather is predicted to be unfavorable prior to delivery, we will call you and discuss whether we should cancel the rental and/or reschedule your event. If we set up the unit, and the weather later turns inclement (rain or higher winds), we will pick up the unit according to your schedule. However, in this event, no refund will be given.

Do you require a deposit to secure a rental?
Yes, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 24hours before delivery or upon on delivery if cash payments have been agreed upon. Cash payments do require a hi.gh deposit and a card on file
How Far in Advance should i book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute rentals if we have availability.
What Areas do you serve?
We currently serve Frisco, Mckinney, Prosper, and Celina . Some locations will require delivery fee. If you’re not sure if we deliver to your area, just give us a call!
What are included in each rental?
Each rental includes setup, takedown, and all necessary equipment like blowers, stakes, and/or sandbags (if needed). We also sanitize every unit before and after each use.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental is for 4-6 hours. Full-day rentals and overnight options are available for an additional fee.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash or card. Deposit must be paid online at the time of booking. Card must be left on file for security purposes for duration of rental.
Are your units safe and sanitized?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All our units are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental.
What kind of surface is needed for setup?
We can set up on a flat surface; grass, concrete, or asphalt. Please let us know ahead of time so we bring the right anchors. We cannot set up on gravel, dirt, or muddy areas. The area should be free from debris and sharp objects that could damage the unit.
Do I need power at my location?
Yes, access to a standard electrical outlet within 50–75 feet is required. We DO NOT currently offer generator rentals.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured. If your venue requires proof of insurance, let us know and we’ll provide the necessary documentation.
Can adults use your units?
Our bounce houses are durably designed,and range in size. While most are sutible for children, there are defintely sizes to accomodate everyone in your party; young and old. Not Sure – just ask!
