Cancellation Policy
Booking + Deposits -A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your rental. -For our Luxe White Bounce Castle, an additional $175 deposit is required. This deposit ($175) also acts as a refundable damage/cleaning hold, returned at pickup if the unit is in clean, undamaged condition. -Your date is not secured until the deposit is received. -The remaining balance is due upon delivery (Cash- if previously agreed upon, Cash App, Apple Cash, or card). Cancellations -Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your event may transfer your deposit to a new available date within 60 days. -Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will result in loss of deposit. -No refunds for cancellations due to reasons outside of weather or emergency (see below). -Weather-related reschedules can be made up to the morning of the event if: -there is a forecast of 50%+ chance of rain or strong winds (over 15mph) Rental Rules & Requirements -The setup area must be clean, flat, and clear of debris, pet waste, and obstacles. -For the Luxe White Bounce Castle, we require turf, concrete, gym floors, or clean grass. No dirt, mulch, or gravel. -You must ensure access to power within 75 ft of setup. Generator rentals are NOT AVAILABLE at this time. -Units must be supervised by an adult at all times during use. -We reserve the right to cancel or refuse delivery if the setup site is unsafe or does not meet our requirements. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN THESE CASES. Damage Policy: -Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to: Tears, holes, or punctures in the inflatable Blower misuse or damage Use of prohibited items such as silly string, face paint, confetti, glitter, or paint, which can cause irreparable damage -Severe damage or permanent staining will result in a $1,000 replacement fee. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our Luxe White Bounce Castle is priced differently for weddings, photo shoots, styled events, and school/corporate use due to the elevated level of service provided. If your event is a wedding or professional function and was booked under a casual-use rate, we may contact you to adjust your booking or cancel and refund your deposit. If it is found out at the time of delivery that the wrong rate was booked your reservation will be subject to cancellation, deposit forfeited and the full booking rate booked will be due.
